Intro call (30 min)
A casual conversation about your background, what excites you about LocalScout, and what you're looking for.
- 02
Work sample (2โ3 hrs)
A realistic, take-home task relevant to the role. We pay for your time on all assessments over 2 hours. No trick questions.

Team conversation (60 min)
Meet the team you'd work with. Ask hard questions. We'll ask you some too โ about trade-offs, not trivia.

Offer
If it's a fit, we move fast. Offer letter within 48 hours, references as a formality.
