Our hiring process

We respect your time. Our process is designed to be fast, transparent, and two-directional โ€” you should be evaluating us as much as we're evaluating you.

    Intro call (30 min)

    A casual conversation about your background, what excites you about LocalScout, and what you're looking for.

  2. 02

    Work sample (2โ€“3 hrs)

    A realistic, take-home task relevant to the role. We pay for your time on all assessments over 2 hours. No trick questions.

  3. 03

    Team conversation (60 min)

    Meet the team you'd work with. Ask hard questions. We'll ask you some too โ€” about trade-offs, not trivia.

  4. 04

    Offer

    If it's a fit, we move fast. Offer letter within 48 hours, references as a formality.
